Paul Salads - Simple, Fresh & High-Protein Salad Recipes

I started Paul Salads because most salad recipes I found were either too complicated or just not filling enough. I wanted something simple - quick meals made with real ingredients that don't take much time but still taste great.

Here, I focus on easy salad recipes that fit into everyday life. Most of them take around 15-20 minutes to make and use basic ingredients you probably already have at home. I don't overcomplicate things - the goal is to keep it practical and repeatable.

Many of my recipes are high in protein, which makes them more filling and better for regular meals, not just as a side dish. Whether you're looking for a quick lunch, a simple dinner, or a meal prep idea, you'll find recipes that are easy to stick to.

How I Create My Salad Recipes

Every recipe on this site is something I actually make myself. I test it, adjust the ingredients if needed, and keep the process as simple as possible. I also include real photos from my own kitchen so you can see exactly how it looks at each step.
